My JourneyLife can feel unpredictable and overwhelming, and sometimes the ways we cope don’t serve us in the long run. I know this from experience. What began as a search for relief eventually led me to a breaking point, and ultimately, to a path of presence, healing, and self-trust.
Today, I create tools, guided practices, and spaces designed to help you pause, reconnect, and move through life with intention. Everything I offer is grounded in lived experience, accessible, and supportive….so you can return to yourself, in your own time, in your own way…
